Now Hiring: CDL Chauffeurs (Passenger Endorsement Required) – Full-Time & Part-Time
Availability: Must have open availability for a minimum of 1 full day during the week (Monday to Sunday)
Pay: $30 – $40/hour + Tips (DOE)

As a vital link in our transportation network, you’ll operate various vehicles— including executive sprinters, mini-coaches, and smaller vehicles —ensuring safe, reliable, and courteous transportation for all passengers. Duties

• Safely operate passenger vehicles such as mini coaches, sprinter vans, and small vehicles, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting passengers warmly, assisting with boarding, and ensuring a comfortable ride experience.
• Conduct pre and post -trip inspections of vehicles to verify mechanical soundness and vehicle cleanliness; perform basic vehicle maintenance when necessary.
• Maintain accurate logs of trips, mileage, and passenger counts; report any vehicle issues promptly to maintenance teams.
• Follow scheduled routes and pick-up/drop-off points efficiently while managing time effectively to meet client expectations.
• Communicate professionally with dispatchers and passengers, providing updates or assistance as needed during trips.
• Ensure compliance with all licensing requirements, including Passenger Endorsements on CDL licenses, and stay current with relevant safety training.

Skills

• Proven experience in commercial driving, shuttle driving, limousine service, or bus driving roles.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage professionally and courteously with diverse passengers.
• Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance procedures and mechanical troubleshooting to ensure safety and reliability.
• Ability to operate various vehicle types including mini coaches, sprinter vans and other large commercial vehicles.
• Excellent driving skills with a clean driving record; familiarity with local routes and traffic patterns preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude for basic vehicle inspections; proactive in identifying maintenance needs.

Minimum Qualifications:

✅ 21+ years old
✅ Valid Washington State CDL (Class B or A) with Passenger (PAX) endorsement
✅ Clean driving record (no major violations)
✅ Clean criminal background
✅ Must pass federal/state background check and DOT drug screening (including random testing)
✅ Experience operating passenger vehicles (Sprinter vans, shuttle buses, mini-coaches, or motorcoaches preferred)
✅ Ability to work independently and follow detailed schedules
✅ Must own or be able to obtain a full formal black suit: black suit, white dress shirt, black tie, and polished black shoes
✅ Professional, polished appearance and demeanor

Pay: $30.00 – $40.00 per hour
