CDL Driver – Waste & Recycling (Signing Bonus) Jobs in Gloucester, MA at Eastern Waste Services / Hiltz Waste Disposal
A growing commercial waste collection company is seeking CDL drivers for commercial & residential routes in the North Boston area.
- A CDL A or B license is required.
- Saturday – 1/2 shift is required for some jobs – in addition to Monday – Friday
A $7,500 sign on bonus is being offered with trash experience.
A $5,000 sign on bonus is offered without trash experience.
Average 50-60 hours/week
Will train drivers not experienced in waste collection.
Front Load, Rear Load & Roll Off Driver Positions available – Servicing a combination of residential and commercial customers.
- Compensation will be determined based on your prior experience with commercial waste vehicles or similar vehicles.
- A clean driving record is a requirement. Drug screening required.
- Starting time is early AM until route completion.

Qualifications
– Valid CDL A or CDL B license
– Proven experience in waste collection industry
– Ability to operate rear loader and front loader trucks
– Capability to perform heavy lifting and load/unload materials
– Familiarity with trucks and commercial driving – preferably trash related

Pay: $28.00 – $32.00 per hour
