Your Impact on the Ground
This is a dynamic 40% Driving / 60% Labor role. You aren’t just moving freight; you are an essential part of the blasting site operation.
- Precision Driving: Safely transport emulsion tankers and box trucks to various customer sites.
- Technical Operations: Operate hydraulic and mechanical loading equipment with a focus on safety and regulatory compliance.
- Maintenance Mastery: Perform pre-trip inspections and handle minor mechanical maintenance to keep your rig in top shape.
- Customer Connection: Act as the face of Maxam on-site, interacting with clients and ensuring their needs are met.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
We are looking for safety-conscious professionals who enjoy physical, outdoor work.
- Licensing: Valid Class A CDL with Tanker & Hazmat endorsements.
- Experience: At least 1 year of driving experience with a clean record.
- Physicality: Ability to handle the "heavy lifting" (literally), pulling hoses, climbing on/off trucks, and lifting up to 60 lbs in all New England weather conditions.
- Flexibility: Very limited overnight travel.
