Summer camp driver / counselor June – August Mon – Fri $20–$25/hr
Class B CDL required
Drive our camp bus on field trips and work as a hands-on counselor the rest of the day. This is a full dual role — you need to be comfortable with both.
Requirements
Valid Florida Class B CDL with Passenger (P) endorsement
Clean MVR and ability to pass DOT physical
Must be 21+ and pass Level 2 FDLE/FBI background screening
Comfortable working directly with children ages 3–12
Prior experience in a school, camp, or childcare setting preferred
Duties
Operate camp bus for field trips — pre-trip inspections, safe transport, DOT compliance
Supervise and engage campers throughout the day as a counselor
Maintain ratios, follow safety protocols, communicate with staff and parents
