Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and versatile CDL Driver/Laborer to join our team. This role combines the responsibilities of driving commercial vehicles with hands-on labor tasks on various construction sites. The ideal candidate will be energetic, safety-conscious, and eager to contribute to sitework projects that make a real impact.
Duties
- Operate heavy equipment including dozers, loaders, backhoes, graders, and front loader trucks to assist with excavation, grading, and site preparation.
- Drive CDL-equipped dump trucks and other commercial vehicles to transport materials, equipment, and debris safely across job sites.
- Assist with paving operations and site development tasks by handling materials and supporting machinery.
- Support construction activities by performing labor tasks such as loading/unloading materials, site cleanup, and assisting skilled operators.
- Maintain equipment by performing routine inspections and reporting any issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a secure work environment for yourself and team members.
Experience
- Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with clean driving record.
- Hands-on construction site experience with knowledge of paving, grading, excavation, drainage and general site preparation.
- Ability to operate Caterpillar equipment or similar heavy machinery is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of construction safety practices and ability to work in physically demanding environments.

Pay: $20.00 – $30.00 per hour
