We are seeking one highly skilled CDL Driver to join our team. The right candidate will confidently operate a grapple truck, a mini skid steer or excavator, haul equipment and logs, solve problems under pressure, care for their equipment and maintain a safe, efficient, and professional jobsite every day.

Required CapabilitiesCandidates must be able to:
- Operate equipment confidently and safely
- Safely haul, load, and unload equipment and loads
- Care for and maintain company equipment in top notch condition
- Run a high-performing, safe, organized jobsite
- Communicate clearly with ground crew and homeowners
- Solve problems quickly and independently
- Make sound decisions under pressure
- Train, mentor, and develop team members
- Lead with humility, strength, and professionalism
- Support and celebrate the growth of others
- Maintain a continuous improvement mindset
- Work year-round in various weather conditions
