We are seeking a reliable CDL Driver for livestock feed deliveries, both in bags and bulk. This position involves operating 10-wheelers with grain blower bodies and trucks with auger trailers. Join our small, family-owned organic farm/business and contribute to our mission while enjoying year-round work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate 10-wheelers and trucks with augers for livestock feed deliveries.
- Climb trucks and lift up to 50 lbs as needed for loading and unloading.
- Perform light maintenance and service on trucks to ensure optimal performance.
- Assist with additional duties beyond driving, including farm and mill work.
- Work outdoors in all weather conditions and maintain a positive attitude, even when tasks get dirty.
Qualifications:
- Valid CDL license is required.
- Ability to operate large vehicles safely and effectively.
- Some mechanical skills and knowledge for light maintenance tasks.
- Willingness to engage in various farm-related activities.
- Ability to pass random drug testing.
