CDL Driver – Concrete & Equipment Jobs in Westford, MA at P Catalano land development
Class A CDL Driver / Heavy Equipment Operator
The Bottom Line: We need a reliable Class A CDL Driver who doesn’t just want to sit in the cab all day. You will be hauling our equipment, running the machines on-site, and jumping in to help the crew with concrete forming and pouring.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Drive & Haul: Safely load, secure, and transport heavy equipment to and from the job sites.
- Run the Machines: Operate excavators, skid steers, and loaders to prep the ground for concrete.
- Work the Concrete: Get out of the equipment to help the guys set forms, move materials, and pour concrete.
- Maintain the Rig: Do your daily safety checks and keep the truck and trailers in good shape.
What You Need:
- Valid Class A CDL: Must have a current Class A CDL and a clean driving record.
- Hauling Experience: Know how to properly chain down and haul heavy machinery.
- Operator Skills: Real stick time running heavy equipment safely on a job site.
- Concrete Experience: You need to know your way around concrete forms and site prep.
- Hard Worker: Willing to do the physical labor required when you aren’t driving or operating.
- Mechanically Inclined: Being able to turn a wrench and help out with routine maintenance on the trucks and equipment is a huge plus.
Pay: $28.00 – $35.00 per hour
