Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dependable CDL Driver Class B to join our dynamic transportation team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating various types of commercial trucks, including front loader, rear loader, roll-off, dump trucks, flatbeds, and tractor-trailers, to deliver goods and materials efficiently across designated routes. Your expertise in driving and heavy lifting will ensure timely deliveries while maintaining the highest safety standards. Responsibilities
- Safely operate a variety of Class B commercial vehicles such as front loader trucks, rear loader trucks, roll-off trucks, dump trucks, flatbeds, and tractor-trailers to transport goods and materials.
- Load and unload cargo using manual handling techniques or vehicle-mounted equipment while adhering to safety protocols.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure mechanical soundness and compliance with safety regulations.
- Follow designated routes and schedules precisely to meet delivery deadlines while optimizing fuel efficiency.
- Assist with heavy lifting tasks as needed, utilizing mechanical knowledge of truck systems and load securing methods.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, vehicle maintenance records, and documentation for each trip.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, warehouse staff, and clients to coordinate deliveries and resolve any issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) Class B with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience operating heavy-duty trucks such as front loaders, rear loaders, roll-offs, dump trucks, flatbeds, or tractor-trailers.
- Strong mechanical knowledge of truck systems and maintenance procedures.
- Ability to perform manual lifting of heavy loads safely and efficiently.
- Experience with load & unload operations using various truck types.
- Familiarity with manual transmission vehicles preferred.
- Excellent driving skills with a focus on safety and adherence to traffic laws.

Pay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour
