Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dependable CDL Driver with either Class A or Class B certification to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating commercial trucks to deliver freight efficiently to various destinations. . Responsibilities
- Safely operate various types of trucks, including tractor-trailers, dump trucks, roll-off, and tanker trucks.
- Transport goods and materials to and from job sites in a timely manner.
- Ensure all materials are properly secured before transport.
- Follow all traffic laws, DOT regulations, and company safety policies.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, fuel usage, and inspections.
- Communicate with dispatchers to coordinate schedules and resolve any issues.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and procedures.
Requirements
- Valid CDL Class A or Class B license with a clean driving record.
- Previous experience operating tractor-trailers, dump trucks, or similar heavy vehicles.
- Familiarity with multiple truck types, including roll-off and tanker units.
- Strong route planning and navigation skills.
- Time management and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Physical stamina to meet the demands of long hours and heavy lifting.
- Dependable, safety-focused, and professional attitude.
