CDL Commercial Driver’s License Truck Driver Jobs in Sterling, IL at DKB Cartage
We haul intermodal. Which is rail yard loads… we get our loads from Joliet and deliever to Iowa,Wisconsin and Illinois. Usually mornings start is 5:30 am and a typical day is 8-11 hour day.
1099 position
Requirements:
– Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL class A)
– Need current dot physical
– Clean driving record with no major violations
– Ability to pass regular medical exams and drug/alcohol screenings
– Physical stamina to sit for extended periods
– Ability to perform routine maintenance on truck (will train if necessary) I will pay shop time if you can change oil on truck.
– Strong time-management and basic mechanical troubleshooting skills
– Weekly pay
– Home every night
-Must have CDL 2 years
-Monday to Friday
-paid vacation time
Pay: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
