We are seeking to hire a qualified CDL Class A Driver for our facility in York, Pennsylvania. This position will do daily shuttle runs between our facility in York, PA and our headquarters in McKees Rocks, PA.

Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Check vehicles to ensure that mechanical, safety, and emergency equipment is in good working order.
- Maintain vehicles in good working condition. Report vehicle defects, accidents, traffic violations, or damage to the vehicles.
- Maintain logs of working hours or of vehicle service or repair status, following applicable state and federal regulations.
- Read bills of lading to determine assignment details. Check all load-related documentation for completeness and accuracy.
- Inspect loads to ensure that cargo is secure.
- Ensure load is not overweight.
- Submit all fuel and expense receipts to your manager.
- Safety is a top priority. Transport loads in a safe manner adhering to all traffic laws and posted speed limits.
- Be polite to our customers and suppliers you interact with.
- As a small company, additional duties may be assigned to ensure the plant is operating efficiently.
Candidates must have a clear driving record. Preferred 5+ years Class A experience with steel hauling. Compensation is negotiable based on experience.

Pay: $28.00 – $32.00 per hour
