HAZMAT & TWIC REQUIRED – MANUAL TRANSMISSION REQUIIRED – DEDICATED ROUTE – HOME EVERY NIGHT
Join our dynamic team as a CDL Class A Truck Driver, specializing in southeast regional over-the-road (OTR) dedicated routes. In this energetic role, you’ll be the backbone of our transportation operations, delivering freight efficiently and safely.
This position offers a dedicated route and home every night based out of Charlotte, NC.
HAZMAT & TWIC REQUIRED – MANUAL TRANSMISSION REQUIIRED
Responsibilities
- Safely operate tractor-trailers with manual transmissions across local and regional OTR dedicated routes, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to verify vehicle safety and compliance with DOT regulations
- Plan optimal routes for timely deliveries while managing delivery schedules and customer expectations
- Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, mileage, fuel consumption, and delivery documentation in compliance with federal regulations
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers to coordinate pickups and deliveries
Skills
- Proven experience in truck driving with a valid CDL Class A license; experience manual transmission required
- Ability to drive route driving efficiently while maintaining safety standards
- Excellent driving record with a focus on safety and compliance with DOT regulations
- Physical ability to handle freight loads and perform vehicle inspections as needed
This is a 1099 employee opportunity offering $275/day. Loads are local and OTR regional southeast, dedicated route. Driver is required to have flexibility to run all loads. Join us if you’re passionate about driving and delivering excellence!
