CDL Class A Truck Driver Jobs in Jacksonville at Liberty Transport, Inc.
We are seeking full-time Class A CDL drivers for unassigned Solo Runs and Team Runs operating out of the Jacksonville, FL hub.
If you have experience as a Class A CDL Truck Driver for companies such as FedEx, Western Express, Dollar General, Amazon, Werner, or similar carriers, you may be an excellent fit.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Must possess a Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with doubles/triples.
- Must be able to drive a manual and have no restrictions.
- Must possess one year of verifiable CDL experience in the last three years or three years within the last five years.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Must have a clean and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) based on hiring standards.
- Must have or be ready to attain a doubles/triples trailer endorsement.
- Ability to follow instructions and complete required training.
- Ability to work independently.
- Team positions require an established team already driving together.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Operate tractor-trailer combination, including doubles (and triples, where applicable).
- Perform daily pre-trip/post-trip and safety inspections on equipment.
- Drop & Hook Only. No-touch Freight!
- Verify and complete required documentation and reports.
- Maintain accurate daily logs.
- Follow dispatch instructions and communicate with dispatch (e.g., delays, arrivals, equipment problems), as required.
- Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures.
- Perform other duties as required.
PAY AND BENEFITS:
Solo Drivers:
- $0.50 CPM (Monday – Friday)
- $0.55 CPM (Saturday – Sunday)
- Weekly guarantee of $1,300.00 (if working weekly schedule)
- $1,000.00 Sign-on Bonus

Established Team Drivers:
- $0.40 CPM
- Weekly guarantee of $1,500.00 (if working weekly schedule)

- 2 weeks’ vacation after one year
