We’re currently hiring full-time OTR Truck Drivers to join our growing team. You’ll get your own assigned sleeper cab—that’s right, no slip seating and no team driving. Just you, your truck, and the open road.
What We Offer:
- Excellent Pay: 60 per mile Flatbed + .12 per diem = .72 cpm for all dispatched miles (loaded or empty)
- Assigned Sleeper Cab – No slip seating, No Teams!
- Operate primarily in Oregon, Washington, Idaho and California
- Supportive operations team that works with your schedule
- Our drivers are out 10 days at a time
Requirements:
- 23 years of age or older
- Minimum of 2 years verifiable driving experience with a clean record
- Minimum of 9 months verifiable Flatbed experience
- No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years (some restrictions apply)
- No more than 1 DOT-recordable preventable accident in the past 3 years
- Additional qualifications may apply

Application Question(s):
- Do you have experience driving in mountainous or inclement weather conditions (snow, rain, wind, etc.)?
- Are you comfortable and experienced with chaining up your tires when required (e.g., in snow or icy conditions)?
- Are you experienced with load securement (e.g., straps, chains, tarping)?
- Are you comfortable with physical labor such as tarping, securing, and checking loads?
- Are you willing to be out 10 days at time?
Experience:
- Class A CDL Semi-tractor Trailer: 2 years (Required)
- Class A CDL flatbed: 1 year (Required)
