Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate company dump trucks to haul material to and from local pits and construction sites.
- Maintain accurate log sheets, receipts, and necessary digital/physical paperwork.
- Observe all safety and security procedures on the road and at job sites.
- Adapt driving style appropriately to changing weather, traffic, and site conditions.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor as a representative of the company.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of verifiable experience driving large trucks, trailers, or semis (Dump truck, tri-axle, or heavy equipment experience is highly preferred).
- License: Valid State Class A or Class B CDL.
- Medical: Current DOT Medical Card / CDL Physical.
- Driving Record: Clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).
- Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, efficient time management, and the ability to adapt to daily changes, delays, or unexpected site events.
Physical Demands
- Regularly required to sit for extended periods while operating the vehicle.
- Occasionally required to lift, push, pull, or move up to 50 lbs
- Specific vision abilities required (close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus).
Pay: $22.00 – $25.00 per hour
