The Reality of the Role:
We do things differently here. We protect our crew’s income all year long, but that means your responsibilities shift with the seasons:
- Driving Season (Spring/Summer/Fall): You will handle local deliveries across the region using our automatic fleet. You are home every night to be with your family.
- Fabrication Season (Winter Slowdown): Unlike most local driving companies, we do not lay you off in the winter. Instead, you will work right alongside our crew inside the production shop—pouring concrete, stripping heavy steel forms, and doing physical labor.
What We Offer:
- Starting Pay: $22.00 to $27.00 per hour (depending on experience and class of license).
- Consistent Income: Your hourly rate stays exactly the same whether you are behind the wheel or working on the shop floor.

What We Require:
- An active New York State Class A or Class B CDL.
- An up-to-date DOT medical card.
- Background check
- A clean driving abstract (our commercial insurance carrier must approve your record).
