Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Flatbed Truck Driver to join our logistics team. The ideal candidate must have experience 2 years .You will be responsible for transporting freight safely and efficiently to designated locations while adhering to all traffic laws and company policies.
Responsibilities
- Properly securing the load
- Tarping the load if needed
- Ensure timely delivery of freight to various destinations while following established routes.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, and other necessary documentation.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members regarding delivery schedules and any issues encountered during transport.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while on the road.
Skills
- Proven experience in commercial driving with a valid CDL (Commercial Driver’s License).
- Familiarity with flatbed trucking
- Strong knowledge of traffic laws and regulations governing truck driving.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Good communication skills for effective interaction with dispatchers and clients.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail for maintaining accurate records and ensuring vehicle safety.
