Veltri, Inc. is an establish transportation company with over 50 years in business. We are a growing/stable trucking company come check us out! We are looking for an experienced F/T CDL A Driver to work out of our McDonough, GA location.
FULL TIME:
These shifts run from GA to TN.
Monday to Friday EVENING START
Start window 1600 (4:00 PM) shifts run 10 to 12 hours
- Home at end of shift
- Pay rate is $27 per hour Straight Time
- Bi-weekly payroll
- Paid holidays
- Vacation accumulation on Anniversary date
- Experience dispatch team 24/7 coverage
- Bi-weekly payroll direct deposit
- Stable trucking company 50 years+
Qualifications:
- Be at least 23 years old
- Have a minimum of two years recent verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Have a valid CDL Class A License
- Meet DOT requirements
- DOT physical Card
- Clean MVR

Responsibilities
- Drive trucks with various capacities to transport goods to and from specified locations
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle
- Follow traffic laws and regulations
- Maintain cleanliness and ensure proper maintenance of the truck
- Communicate with dispatchers and team members regarding delivery schedules
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Truck Driver
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL)
- Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles
- Strong knowledge of load/unload procedures
- Excellent driving record
