Local CDL Class A Driver – End Dump Trailer
We are looking for a dependable Local CDL Class A Driver to join our team. This position will run local loads only using a SNG truck with an End Dump trailer. The driver will be responsible for safely hauling materials, completing local deliveries, and representing our company in a professional manner.
This is a great opportunity for a driver who wants steady local work and to be home daily.
Responsibilities
- Operate an SNG truck with End Dump trailer safely and professionally.
- Haul local loads to and from job sites, plants, pits, or customer locations.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
- Secure and dump loads safely according to company and site procedures.
- Follow all DOT regulations, traffic laws, and company safety policies.
- Communicate with dispatch, customers, and job site personnel as needed.
- Complete daily paperwork, tickets, logs, and inspection reports accurately.
- Keep truck and trailer clean, safe, and in good working condition.
- Report maintenance issues, delays, or safety concerns promptly.
Requirements
- Valid CDL Class A license.
- End Dump experience preferred.
- Clean driving record preferred.
- Ability to operate safely on job sites and in local traffic.
- Must be dependable, punctual, and safety-focused.
- Ability to pass a drug screen and meet DOT requirements.
- Must be able to perform pre-trip/post-trip inspections.
- Experience hauling aggregate, dirt, sand, gravel, asphalt, demolition material, or similar materials is a plus.
Schedule
- Local routes only
- Home daily
- Monday through Friday
- Day shift
Pay: $2,800.00 – $5,500.00 per month
