CDL B Distribution Driver – Morning Shift

Full-Time | Immediate Openings

Pay: Starting at $25.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Paid Weekly | 4:00 AM Start | Weekends Required

At Hawaii Foodservice Alliance (HFA), our drivers help deliver food products to stores, restaurants, and businesses across the island every day. As Hawai‘i’s largest local supplier of perishable foods and logistics services, we’re looking for dependable CDL B drivers who want steady work, strong benefits, and a team-oriented environment.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver food products to customer locations across O‘ahu
• Safely operate CDL B vehicles, including 26-foot straight trucks
• Load and unload products using pallet jacks, lift gates, and hand trucks
• Verify invoices, product counts, and deliveries
• Build positive relationships with customers and store teams
• Complete vehicle inspections and maintain delivery documentation
• Follow DOT, OSHA, and company safety standards

Requirements

• Valid CDL Class B license required
• Air Brake Endorsement required
• Valid DOT Medical Card / ability to meet PUC medical requirements
• Clean and verifiable driving record
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs regularly
• Comfortable with local delivery routes, early mornings, and weekend schedules
• Ability to safely operate lift gates, pallet jacks, and delivery equipment
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• TWIC card or ability to obtain one preferred

Preferred Experience

• Local delivery or food distribution experience
• Experience driving 26-foot straight trucks
• Familiarity with O‘ahu delivery routes
• Experience delivering to stores, restaurants, and tight delivery locations
• Experience working in fast-paced delivery environments
