Position Overview
Future Trucking is hiring both CDL-A Company Drivers and Owner-Operators for Over-the-Road (OTR) routes. Whether you’re looking for the stability of a company driver position or the independence of running your own truck, we offer consistent freight, strong support, and opportunities to maximize your earnings.
This role is ideal for drivers who are safety-focused, dependable, and ready to run long-haul routes with a company that values communication and respect.
What You’ll Do
As a driver with Future Trucking, you will:
- Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle across long-haul OTR routes
- Transport freight efficiently while meeting delivery schedules
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure safety and compliance
- Maintain accurate logs and electronic documentation in accordance with FMCSA regulations
- Secure cargo and ensure safe, damage-free deliveries
- Communicate proactively with dispatch regarding routes and updates
- Follow all DOT regulations and Hours of Service (HOS) requirements
- Represent Future Trucking with professionalism at all times

Qualifications
For All Drivers:
- Valid CDL Class A license
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
- Ability to pass DOT physical, drug screening, and background check
- Strong knowledge of DOT and FMCSA regulations
- Commitment to safety, reliability, and professionalism
Additional for Owner-Operators:
- Must own and operate your own Class A truck
- 2+ years of verifiable OTR driving experience preferred
