Position: CDL-A Truck Driver: Paid Mentor Training & Path to Solo
365 Freight USA is seeking recent CDL-A graduates for a paid mentor program. You’ll spend 4–6 weeks on the road with an experienced trainer, then move into your own truck as a solo driver. Earn $1,600–$1,800 per week after training with full benefits after training and weekly direct deposit.
You’ll learn safe driving, trip planning, pickups and deliveries, inspections, and how to communicate with dispatch. No prior driving experience is required, and a clear path from recent graduate to solo
