About the Role
Earth Images is seeking a reliable, experienced CDL-A Truck Driver / Laborer to support our construction, irrigation, and landscape operations. This position combines driving responsibilities with hands-on field work, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety and working outdoors.
You’ll be responsible for transporting equipment and materials to job sites while also assisting with irrigation installation, maintenance, and general landscape construction tasks.
Key ResponsibilitiesDriving & Logistics
- Operate tandem axle trucks with tag trailers safely and efficiently
- Transport equipment and materials from shop to job sites
- Perform pre-trip inspections and maintain clean driving records
- Load and unload trucks
- Pick up materials from suppliers and warehouses
Irrigation & Field Work
- Install new irrigation systems for company projects
- Maintain existing irrigation systems, including:
- Backflow testing
- Line repairs
- Head replacements
- Seasonal start-ups and winterizations
- Assist Irrigation Supervisor with organizing supplies and inventory
- Support landscape and erosion control crews during peak season
General Labor Duties
- Assist crews with landscape construction projects
- Perform tasks such as sod watering and site support
- Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects on time
QualificationsRequired
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL-A)
- Minimum 2 years of truck driving experience
- Clean driving record
- Ability to pass drug and alcohol screening (no exceptions)
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and leadership skills
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work overtime and occasional Saturdays
- Physical ability to perform labor-intensive outdoor work
Preferred
- Experience with irrigation systems (installation & maintenance)
- Construction and/or landscape experience
- Familiarity with off-road driving on construction sites
- Ability to read blueprints and irrigation plans

Pay: From $30.00 per hour
