No co-driver? No problem. We can pair qualified drivers with a professional teammate.
We run dedicated FedEx Ground team freight out of the Houston hub with a setup designed to keep teams moving, not sitting.
WHAT YOU GET
- Home Weekly with 34-hour restart (Sunday & Monday OFF)

PAY & BONUSES
- $90,000 – $110,000 per driver annually
- Base pay + weekly mileage incentive
- Monthly safety bonus
- Annual bonus opportunities

SCHEDULE & ROUTE INFO
- Based out of Cypress, TX (Houston area)
- Routes run Tuesday – Saturday
- 34-hour reset at home every week
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 12 months verifiable Class A CDL experience
- Doubles endorsement (or willing to obtain)
- No more than 2 moving violations in last 3 years
- Must pass drug screen & background check
