Route20 Logistics is hiring CDL-A team drivers for a consistent, dedicated route based out of Dallas. Experienced drivers, brand-new CDL-A drivers, and recent driving-school graduates are welcome to apply. We provide training for qualified new drivers.
Hazmat and Doubles/Triples endorsements are required.
✅ Pay & Route
Position Type: Team driving
Pay Rate: $0.70–$0.80 per mile, split between the team and based on experience
Average Team Gross: Approximately $5,250 per week
Pay Growth: Mileage pay may increase as you gain experience and build consistency with us
Pay Schedule: Weekly, every Monday
Dedicated Route
Dallas, TX → Portland, OR ⇄ Maybrook, NY ⇄ Dallas, TX
- Approximately 6,700 team miles weekly
- Predictable and consistent dedicated miles
- Route begins and ends in Dallas
- Pre-planned dispatch so drivers know their route in advance

- Dry-van freight
- 100% drop and hook
- 100% no-touch freight
- No live loads
- 2025/2026 Volvo and Freightliner tractors
- Automatic transmission
- Sleeper cabs
- Clean and well-maintained equipment
✅ Requirements
- Valid CDL-A license
- Hazmat endorsement required
- Doubles/Triples endorsement required
- Brand-new CDL-A drivers and recent driving-school graduates are accepted
- Training is provided for qualified new drivers
- Clean MVR preferred, with no major violations
- No recent at-fault accidents, subject to review
- Must pass a standard pre-employment drug screening
- Must pass a background check
- Must be professional, reliable, and safety-focused
✅ Training Program
Route20 Logistics provides training for qualified drivers who are new to the industry or have recently graduated from CDL school.
Training may include:
- Transitioning into team driving
- Dedicated-route procedures
- Drop-and-hook operations
- Equipment familiarization
- Company safety expectations
- Communication and trip-planning procedures
Applicants must already have their Hazmat and Doubles/Triples endorsements before beginning the position.
