CDL A Night Route Driver | $2,000-$2,500/WK | Home Daily
Location: Frederick, MD
Pay: $35/HR + OT After 40
Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday Schedule
8PM Start Time
We are hiring CDL A drivers for a dedicated night route delivery position based in Frederick, MD servicing grocery store locations throughout MD and surrounding areas.
This is a high-hour, physically active position for drivers who are comfortable working nights, unloading freight, and running consistent routes every week.
Drivers use electric pallet jacks to unload freight at customer locations.
Pay & Schedule
- $35/hour
- Overtime after 40 hours
- Drivers average 55-60 hours weekly
- $2,000-$2,500+ weekly potential
- Home daily
- Tuesday-Saturday schedule
- Consecutive weekdays off
- 8PM dispatch
Equipment & Freight
- Late-model day cab tractors
- Electric pallet jacks
- Dedicated grocery routes
Responsibilities
- Deliver refrigerated freight to grocery store locations
- Unload freight using electric pallet jack
- Complete multi-stop night routes safely and on time
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Maintain DOT logs and safety compliance
- Communicate with dispatch regarding route updates
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 1 year of recent tractor-trailer experience
- Must be comfortable with touch freight
- Must be willing to work overnight shifts
- Must be dependable and safety-focused
