Regional/Dedicated Runs

Driver Pay Rates:

  Earn $68,000 – $85,000 per year
• 
  Top drivers earning $95,000+
• 
  Hometime is accumulated at 1 day off per 7 days out
• 
  All miles paid loaded or empty unless going home
• 
  Additional pay for Breakdown, Layover, In-transit Layover, Additional Stops/Pick-ups and Driver Unloading

  Orientation pay
• 
  Lumper: paid by JBS

  Truck Assignments: could be at any JBS terminal. No guarantee of being seated at your home terminal
• 75% shipper is drop/hook

CDL-A Regional Truck Driver Requirements:

• At least 21 years old
• CDL-A with 1 year tractor trailer experience
• Must have 48’-53′ tractor trailer experience
• Mentor and Training programs are available for drivers with less than 1 year of experience
