PAY & BONUSES
– 25% of gross to start · 30% of gross after 90 days
– $1,750/week minimum starting pay
– Tenured drivers earning $3,000+/week
– Weekly pay
– $2,500 escrow — 100% refundable when you leave
EQUIPMENT
– 2019–2024 automatic trucks
– Microwave, fridge, inverter — fully equipped
– Maintained at our own shops in MD and NJ
HOME TIME
– 2 weeks out → home time
– 3 weeks out → 5 days off
– 4 weeks out → 7 days off
– Take the truck home · Flight paid if coming long distance
LANES
– Regional only — NJ, MD, PA, DE, VA, OH
– Optional: CT, MA, FL
– No nationwide OTR — higher RPM, closer to home
OPERATIONS
– 24/7 dispatch in 3 separate shifts
– Dedicated ELD team
– Dedicated accounting team
– UIIA-compliant insurance — railyard access
– 100% Amazon hook & drop — no live loading or unloading
REQUIREMENTS
– CDL Class A
– Regional experience preferred
– Willing to stay out 2 weeks minimum
– Professional and reliable
