Position Overview
We are currently hiring CDL-A Truck Drivers for an Over-the-Road (OTR) Western Regional position. This opportunity is ideal for drivers looking for consistent miles, flexible experience requirements, and reliable home time.
Drivers will run throughout the Western United States, primarily covering regional routes with steady freight and strong earning potential.
Key Job Details
- Position: CDL-A Truck Driver (OTR – Solo & Team)
- Region: Western U.S. (AZ, CA, NV, OR, WA)
- Freight Type: Dry Van
- Experience Level: Trainees and experienced drivers welcome
- Miles per Week: Approximately 2,300
- Schedule: Day and night shifts available
- Home Time: Every 2 weeks (may be more frequent based on routes)
Pay & Compensation
- Average Weekly Pay: $1,300
- Stop Pay: $15 per stop
- Consistent miles and steady freight lanes

- Mix of:
- Live load / live unload
- Preloaded trailers

Hiring Area
- Must live within 1,000 miles of Sparks, NV
- Actively hiring in:

- Idaho (select areas)
Schedule & Work Details
- Home every 2 weeks on average
- Weekend work required
- Some holiday work required
- Consistent regional freight with reliable miles
- Driving conditions may include seasonal weather in certain areas

Requirements
- Valid CDL-A License
- Open to:
- New drivers (trainees)
- Experienced drivers (1+ year preferred but not required)
- Ability to run OTR routes in the Western region
- Must meet DOT safety and hiring requirements
