PAY & EARNINGS:
- Base Pay: $0.60 CPM
- Guaranteed Weekly Minimum: $1,400 – every single week, no exceptions
- Average Weekly Earnings: $1,400 – $1,800
- Average Annual Earnings: $72,800 – $93,600
- New Hire Transition Bonus: $500 – paid in full on your second paycheck
ACCESSORIAL PAY:
- Stop Pay – Delivery: $20.00 per stop
- Stop Pay – Drop and Hook: $13.00 per stop
- Safety Training Pay: $18.54 per hour
HOME TIME & SCHEDULE:
- Home every single night – this is a true local position
- Schedule: Monday through Friday nights
- Start times vary between 5:00 PM and 1:00 AM depending on route
- Weekends off – every weekend

- 2020 to 2024 Freightliner Cascadias and International tractors
- Automatic transmissions – no manual shifting required

REQUIREMENTS:
- Valid CDL-A license
- Doubles endorsement
- Minimum 12 months of recent tractor-trailer experience
- Ability to lift and handle freight 40 to 75 lbs
- Must reside within 50 miles of Davenport, IA
- Clean MVR and satisfactory driving record
- Must pass DOT physical and pre-employment drug screen
- No pets or passengers permitted on this account
ABOUT THIS ROLE :
As a local driver you fill in for drivers who are out sick, on vacation, or on leave. You will be assigned different routes as needed. When the account is fully staffed, you may ride along on heavier routes to assist with deliveries. This is an entry level position on this account with consistent route opportunities opening up as positions become available
