Position Details
- Home daily

- Deliver to Kroger stores in OH, IN, and KY
- Run refrigerated and dry van freight
- Operate between the Blue Ash and Woodlawn facilities
- Must be willing to support Woodlawn when needed
- 200–300 miles per day
- 2–4 loads per day
- 6–8 stops per day
- Typical workday is 10–12 hours
- Slip-seat tractor operation
- Paid ride-along training: $100 per day for 2 days
Freight Details
This is a 100% touch freight position. Drivers unload freight using a powered pallet jack, and training is provided. Applicants must be physically able and willing to handle live unloads as part of the daily route.
Pay Details
- Experience-based CPM pay:
- 0 months: $0.56 CPM
- 6 months: $0.57 CPM
- 1 year: $0.58 CPM
- 2 years: $0.59 CPM
- 3 years: $0.60 CPM
- 4 years: $0.61 CPM
- 5+ years: $0.62 CPM
Additional Pay
- $20 per stop
- $37 per unload
- $20 backhaul pay
- $25 pallet restack
- $25 clean inspection bonus
Requirements
- Must have a valid Class A CDL
- 3 MONTHS OF EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Must live within 50 miles of Blue Ash, OH 45242
- Must have personal transportation to and from the DC daily
- Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be physically able to handle live unloads
- Must be willing to support the Woodlawn facility when needed
Pay: $1,600.00 – $1,620.00 per week
