Real Earnings (Transparent)
- Weekly Gross Revenue per Truck:
- $10,000 – $20,000 typical
- $20,000 – $27,500+ on top heavy haul loads
- Driver Earnings:
- $2,000 – $5,500+ per week (based on freight & experience)
Pay Options (Choose One)
Option 1 – Percentage (Recommended)
- Flatbed: 20% of gross revenue
- Heavy Haul (RGN / Lowboy / Multi-Axle): 20% of gross revenue

Option 2 – CPM (Consistency Option)
- Flatbed: $0.75 per mile (ALL miles paid – loaded & empty)
- Heavy Haul: up to $1.00 per mile (based on experience)

Equipment
- Heavy Haul Trucks:
- Peterbilt – 605 HP, 18-speed transmission (built for multi-axle and oversize loads)
- Flatbed Fleet:
- Peterbilt & Kenworth (KW)
- Available in manual and automatic transmissions
- Steerable trailers: RGN, lowboy, multi-axle
- Refrigerator + mattress included
- No driver-facing cameras
Operation
- OTR – primarily East Coast & Midwest
- 3 weeks out / 1 week home time
- Consistent specialized and oversize freight

- CDL-A (valid)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable flatbed experience
- Clean MVR
- Valid Medical Card
- TWIC Card (or willing to obtain — we assist)
- Heavy haul experience = priority hiring
