## Position Overview
Prince Family Freight is seeking a professional, 100% safety-focused CDL-A Flatbed Driver for an Over-the-Road (OTR) position. ## Key Responsibilities & Physical Requirements
* Load Securement: Safely and efficiently tarp, strap, and secure flatbed loads according to FMCSA regulations.
* Physical Demands: Comfortably handle the heavy physical requirements of flatbed operations, including lifting tarps and working in various weather conditions.
* Compliance & ELD: Maintain accurate electronic logging device (ELD) records daily; sufficient ELD handling experience is required.
* Safety First: Maintain a 100% safety-first mindset at all times, including pre-trip/post-trip inspections and defensive driving.

## Qualifications & Requirements
* License: Must hold a valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL-A).
* Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of verifiable Flatbed driving and load securement experience (No exceptions).
* Medical: Must possess a valid, up-to-date DOT Medical Certificate.
* Driving Record: Clean MVR (driving history) with no major recent violations or safety infractions.
* Language Proficiency: Must be fully proficient in speaking, reading, and writing English to handle shipping documents and communicate with dispatch.
