Ashton Pools By Design is hiring an experienced CDL-A Equipment Operator for our growing pool and outdoor living construction team.
We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals with experience in:
- Excavator operation
- Skid steer operation
- Site grading and preparation
- Compaction and base preparation
- Drainage installation
- Equipment and trailer transportation
Additional beneficial, but not required skills:
- Pool excavation
- Pool plumbing
- Hardscape construction
- Retaining walls
- Laser level experience
- Bilingual English/Spanish
Qualifications:
- CDL-A required
- Valid driver’s license required
- Minimum 3 years experience operating excavators and skid steers
- Experience with grading, drainage, compaction, and site work required
- Ability to read plans and elevations preferred
- Pool construction experience preferred but not required
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
