Pay
- Up to $0.65 CPM (based on experience)
- Weekly pay averaging $1,600+
- Extra stop, detention and accessorial pay
- Up to $3,200 in annual bonuses
Schedule & Home Time
- Regional lanes primarily east of I‑35
- Home as often as every other weekend
- Dispatch from your Missouri home base
- Not a local or daily‑home‑time role
Equipment & Safety
- 2024 and newer Freightliner Cascadias with premium amenities and automatic transmissions
- 2023 and newer trailers
- Top 3 % for safety and maintenance; named a Best Fleets to Drive For “Fleet to Watch” three of the last four years
- Motive ELD on iPads, PrePass Elite, Blue Beacon accounts, Air Weigh and CAT scales

Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- At least 3 years of OTR CDL‑A experience
- Safe driving record and ability to meet FMCSA requirements
