CDL A Driver – Paid Training Provided

American Driver is currently recruiting CDL A drivers in the Southaven, MS area for OTR positions that include a fully paid training program. Southaven’s location near the Memphis freight corridor makes it a strong starting point for drivers looking to build consistent miles on Eastern routes.

Training is paid from day one. After completion, expect steady freight and a predictable weekly paycheck.

Training:

• 4–6 weeks with an experienced mentor, fully paid
• Real-world training on live freight — not a classroom
• Weekly pay guaranteed throughout
• Transition to solo at $0.56 CPM upon completion

On the Road:

• No-touch dry van freight
• 60% drop and hook
• 2,200–2,500 miles per week
• Predictable dispatch with minimal downtime

Compensation:

• $0.56–$0.65 CPM
• Typical weekly earnings $1,200–$1,500
• Additional pay for stops, layovers, and breakdowns
• Six-month pay increase
• $300 orientation pay
• Direct deposit every week

Home Time:

• Consistent home time every two weeks

Your Truck:

• Late-model Freightliner or Kenworth (2022–2025)
• All units equipped with APUs
