OTR Pay (per mile):5+ yrs: $0.604 yrs: $0.593 yrs: $0.582 yrs: $0.571 yr: $0.566–12 mos: $0.540–6 mos: $0.52
Regional Pay (home every weekend):5+ yrs: $0.624 yrs: $0.613 yrs: $0.602 yrs: $0.591 yr: $0.580–12 mos: $0.54
Extra Pay & Bonuses:
Performance bonus: up to $600 quarterly
Seniority bonus: $500–$2,500 annually
