About Us
We are an Amazon Freight Partner operating out of Windsor/Windsor Locks, running predictable, no‑touch, drop‑and‑hook freight. We’re building a reliable team of CDL‑A drivers who want stable work, strong benefits, and a long‑term home. Drivers who perform safely and consistently also have the option to transition into our FedEx linehaul business, running local-only loads with daily home time.
Position Details
- Starting pay: $25/hr
- Higher pay available for experienced drivers and clean safety records.
- Shift structure:
- 13‑hour drive
- 10‑hour sleeper break
- 13‑hour return drive
- Additional shorter shifts available on other days for drivers wanting extra hours.
- Overtime paid after 40 hours
- No-touch freight – drop & hook only
- Home every other day based on route structure

Requirements
- Valid CDL‑A
- Ability to operate safely and professionally
- Willingness to run 13‑hour shifts with DOT‑compliant breaks
- Clean MVR preferred
- Must pass drug screen and DOT physical
