Position Overview
We are hiring experienced CDL-A drivers for a dedicated fleet serving the Hobby Lobby account based in Oklahoma City, OK. This position offers consistent miles, no-touch freight, weekly home time, and the support of a dedicated fleet management team.

Pay & Benefits
- Starting Pay: $0.60 CPM
- Average Weekly Miles: 2,500 miles
- Stop Pay: $25 per stop after the first stop
- Detention Pay: $30 per hour after 2 hours
- No-touch freight

Home Time
- Home weekly for a 34-hour reset
- Consistent weekly schedule
- Most of the week spent on the road
Freight & Equipment
- Dedicated retail account
- All loads are pre-loaded in Oklahoma City, OK
- Deliveries made to Hobby Lobby retail locations
- Haul Hobby Lobby-assigned trailers
- No loading or unloading required
- Freight dispatched through Samsara and/or phone communication
Operating Area
Drivers primarily operate from Oklahoma City, OK and may run through additional areas, including:
- Ardmore, OK
- Flower Mound, TX
- Houston, TX
- Aurora, CO
Additional backhaul opportunities may be assigned when supporting other fleet operations.
Driver Responsibilities
- Deliver freight safely and on time
- Maintain daily communication through Samsara or by phone
- Adhere to Hours of Service regulations
- Support operational needs while maintaining excellent customer service
- Meet on-time delivery expectations
Important Information
- Night driving is required
- Time-off requests are approved on a first-come, first-served basis
- Two-week advance notice required for time-off requests
- Peak season runs from October through December
- Time off during peak season is limited to emergency situations
- Drivers may not take equipment home while under a load
