Hawaii Foodservice Alliance (HFA) is Hawai‘i’s largest local supplier of perishable foods and logistics, serving grocery stores, retailers, restaurants, and businesses across the islands.
We’re looking for dependable CDL A & B Drivers to join our Kaua‘i team. If you’re looking for steady local routes, strong benefits, and long-term career stability, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do
- Deliver perishable food products to customer locations across Kaua‘i
- Verify invoices, product counts, credits, and delivery paperwork
- Safely load and unload products using lift gates, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
- Operate company trucks safely while following DOT and company regulations
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Report maintenance or safety concerns as needed
- Communicate professionally with customers, management, and port representatives
- Participate in food safety, employee safety, and operational training programs
What We’re Looking For
- Valid Class A or B CDL License
- Current PUC Medical Certificate
- Clean and verifiable driving record
- Ability to obtain a TWIC credential
- Flexibility to work various schedules, including weekends and holidays
- Experience driving 40-45 foot containers and/or 26-foot straight trucks preferred
- Knowledge of local and heavy-weight Kaua‘i routes preferred
- Comfortable working in tight delivery areas and active environments
- Strong communication skills and customer service mindset
