Multifamily (https://multifamilycarpet.com) is a rapidly growing company that specializes in carpet cleaning for apartment complexes in the Twin Cities. We’re a fun-loving, tight-knit team that supports each other and works hard.
A typical day involves operating your “own” truck in a variety of weather conditions, interacting with customers and residents, cleaning vacant units/common areas at apartment complexes around the Twin Cities, repairing carpet, responding to water loss events, thinking critically, solving problems, and being a bad ass. Every day is different!
We start and end our day at 2801 E Hennepin in Minneapolis.Regular hours are 8am-4pm, Monday through Friday.
Promotion Ladder:
- New Hire: $24.63/hr <- You start here
- Junior Technician: $29.63/hr <- Takes 6mo average
- Technician: $34.63/hr <- Takes 9mo average
- Senior Technician: $39.63/hr <- Takes 18mo average
- Master Technician: $42.13/hr
- Field Training Instructor (FTI) and other opportunities!

Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Stamina and endurance—this is a workout!
- Ability to perform manual labor and lift 100lbs
- Live in the greater Twin Cities metro area
- Age 18 or older
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
