In this position, you will handle cargo shipments for both Air Inuit and Canadian North planes, ensuring timely departure. Key tasks include offloading and loading cargo trucks, preparing shipments, and maintaining the integrity of warehouse operations. Communication with team members and adherence to safety policies are essential for success in this dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Offload and load cargo trucks efficiently
• Prepare cargo shipments for air transportation
• Conduct cargo build-up and breakdowns as necessary
• Complete necessary labeling for all goods
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bilingual in Inuktitut, French, or English
• Reliable and punctual, able to work under pressure
• Experience as a cargo agent preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
