F & C Packaging is looking for experienced, motivated Independent Contractor Cargo Van Drivers who are serious about staying on the road and maximizing their income.
This is a true Over-the-Road (OTR) position. If you’re looking for local or regional work, this is not the right opportunity.
We provide the cargo van, dispatch, maintenance support, and the resources you need to succeed. You focus on delivering freight safely and professionally while earning 60% of the gross revenue from every load.

Advance Your Career

- Hazmat Endorsement
- TSA Certification
Our team will assist qualified drivers through the certification process.
What You’ll Do
- Safely transport expedited freight throughout the United States.
- Pick up and deliver shipments on time while providing professional customer service.
- Maintain communication with your fleet manager and dispatch throughout each load.
- Submit Bills of Lading (BOLs), required paperwork, and shipment updates.
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections and promptly report maintenance concerns.
- Keep the company van clean, organized, and shipper-ready.
- Follow all company safety procedures and customer requirements.
- Use the company vehicle exclusively for dispatched freight.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 24 years of age
- At least 3 months of recent OTR driving experience
- Expediting or cargo van experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license (CDL not required)
- Current DOT Medical Card
- Clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
- Reliable smartphone with the ability to use required applications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Professional attitude and dependable work ethic
OTR Commitment
To maximize freight opportunities and earnings, drivers must:
- Be available to remain on the road at least 21 days each month
- Understand that this is not a local driving position
- Successfully complete the initial 21-day trial period
- Be willing to travel throughout the continental United States
Pay
1099 Independent Contractor
- Earn 60% of gross revenue on every load
- You are responsible for fuel and toll expenses
- Earnings vary based on freight availability, market conditions, and your availability

Before You Apply
Qualified applicants will receive the complete Independent Contractor Agreement for review before scheduling an interview.
Orientation location depends on qualifications
Applicants are responsible for arranging and paying for their own transportation to orientation.

Pay: $40,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
