Caregiver – Must Bring or Transfer UnitedHealthcare Client – $25/Hour
About the Position
Golden Home Care LLC is currently seeking caregivers in Michigan who already have a client with UnitedHealthcare Dual Complete or another eligible UnitedHealthcare dual membership plan and are interested in transferring services to our agency.
This position is intended for caregivers who already work with a client and want to continue providing care under a professional home care agency environment.
Important Information
Golden Home Care LLC does not assign clients for this position. Caregivers must bring or transfer their own eligible client.
Compensation
- Starting pay up to $25/hour for approved UnitedHealthcare cases
- Payments are currently issued once per month
- Compensation is based on approved and authorized hours
Requirements
- Client must have an eligible UnitedHealthcare dual membership plan
- Caregiver must already be registered in CHAMPS
- Client must agree to transfer services to Golden Home Care LLC
- Must pass background screening
- Strong communication and reliability required
