The Role
We are seeking a Company Car Driver with Client Support Responsibilities to join our operations team. This is a trusted, hands-on position combining safe client transportation with day-to-day client support across our residences.
The ideal candidate is reliable, discreet, practical, and service-oriented with strong driving skills and a professional, client-focused attitude.
This role offers the opportunity to work closely with clients in a supportive, wellbeing-focused environment, providing practical assistance while ensuring their comfort and safety.
Key Responsibilities
Client Transportation & Driving Duties
Drive company vehicles for:
- Client airport pick-ups and drop-offs
- Medical, therapeutic, and wellness appointments
- Pre-approved meetings and activities
Ensure vehicles are:
- Clean, fueled, and well maintained
- Driven safely, calmly, and punctually
Client Support & Daily Assistance
- Provide practical, non-clinical support to clients during their stay
- Assist with daily logistics and movements between properties and appointments
- Act as a calm, respectful, and supportive presence aligned with recovery principles
- Anticipate client needs and proactively provide assistance where appropriate
- Communicate effectively with the operations team regarding client schedules and requirements
- Maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times.
Requirements
- Valid driving license and confident driving experience in Spain
- Practical problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Responsible, reliable, and well-organized
- Calm, respectful, and discreet approach to clients
- Comfortable working in a wellbeing and recovery-focused environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build trust with clients
