Position: Bus Driver for MEI Regular Routes
Join MEI Schools as a Bus Driver for regular routes, transporting students safely and securely. This 25-hour week position offers full benefits and opportunities for additional driving hours.
As MEI Schools seeks a dependable Bus Driver, this role focuses on daily transport for students in a Christian education setting. Candidates must hold a BC Class 2 Driver’s license and maintain a clean driving record. Experience driving a school bus is preferred, along with a strong alignment to MEI’s Christian values through the signing of a Staff Covenant.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct safe morning and afternoon drives
• Oversee bus cleanliness and maintenance
• Carry out additional trips for events and field trips
• Communicate effectively with students and staff
• Complete required vehicle inspections daily
Requirements:
• Must possess BC Class 2 Driver’s license
• Clean driving record is mandatory
• Preferred experience in school bus driving
• Must align with Christian educational values
• Provide a recent driver’s abstract
