Summary: Bulker driver responsibility is to make deliveries of bulk cement in the Northwest Arkansas area from the cement mill to plant sites
Shift: 1st shift
PAY: Competitive Commission-based wage depending on the gross revenue for each truck driven + Experience will be discussed during the interview process.
Job Requirements:
- Class A
- Clean MVR
- Pass a background check, DOT physical and drug screen, obtain a DOT physical
- Must adhere to all safety regulations including company policies, State and Federal regulations
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Complete Pre-trip and Post-trip of equipment and reports repairs to supervisor
- Drives bulker truck to the cement mill, climbs ladder open hatch, load trailer, pull forward close hatch
- Drives Bulker truck to location for unloading
- Hook up hot hose and product hose
- Engage PTO, pressure tank and open valves to unload
- Unhook hoses and return to cement mill
- Keeps proper records and completes delivery tickets after every delivery
- Must be professional and courteous to customer/jobsite personnel
- Must wear Safety equipment/gear per company policy and per jobsite policy
- Read and understand directions or be able to utilize GPS
Physical Requirements:
- Climbing, driving/sitting, bending, stretching, standing
- Must be able to lift and handle a product hose (50 lbs.)
- Must be able to use hands and fingers to feel controls inside of cab
- Can be exposed to noise and dust
