As a Bulk Chip Driver, you will be responsible for loading and unloading wood chip cargo, safely managing dangerous goods, and performing detailed vehicle inspections. You will also need to maintain accurate records of your hours and fuel consumption. Ideal candidates should be prepared for cross-border travel and possess a valid Class 1 driver’s license.
Key Responsibilities:
• Load and manage transportation of goods
• Handle dangerous goods with care
• Keep accurate cargo and service records
• Inspect vehicles pre-trip and post-trip
• Utilize GPS navigation equipment for routes
Requirements:
• Class 1 professional driver license required
• At least one year of tractor-trailer experience needed
• Clean driving abstract and criminal record necessary
