As a Branch Driver/Warehouse person, You Love To “ACT”

In this client‑facing role, you understand the importance of customer service and the foundation of ACT. You will become a product‑knowledge expert, knowing all about what we sell and how to support our customers.
Driving & Deliveries
- Safely load and unload product using the appropriate equipment.
- Know our products and your route.
- Know our customers. Greet and assist them in a friendly and efficient manner.
When not on the road, you will be a valued member of our warehouse team. You’ll perform a variety of tasks related to product movement, warehouse organization and cleanliness, and customer service.
Shipping & Receiving
- Pick orders and prepare them in staging areas for delivery.
- Assist with loading and unloading of delivery trucks.
- Pick orders for immediate pick‑up.
- Ensure accuracy of order against paperwork.
- Move incoming product to the designated location in the branch.
Customer Service
- Greet customers entering the warehouse by addressing them verbally.
- Serve them immediately or indicate that they will be helped as quickly as we can manage.
Qualifications
- Valid DZ license.
- Moffett experience an asset.
- High school education required.
- Able to read and write words and letter/number sequences.
- Attentive and detail‑oriented.
- Must be able to safely lift 50 lbs.
- Must be able to operate material handling equipment.
